I like the Boy Scouts (Troop 88) because you do fun activities like camping, hiking, and troop meetings. We are located at the Forest Hill clubhouse. I´ve been with Troop 88 for 2 years. Before Boy Scouts I was with Pack 345. There are about 6 scouts from Pack 345 that joined the same troop. We do merit badges in which you learn new things. My three favorite merit badges are Railroading, Personal Management and Aviation.
My favorite memory of Boy Scouts was when I went camping at Sugarloaf. We stayed there for 2 days and 1 night. We hiked a trail called Planet walk. It was a 3 mile hike and signs that thought us about the planets. At night we had a star party in which we used telescopes to look at planets. I got my cooking merit badge by cooking mac and cheese for dinner at Sugarloaf.
